Dr. Felicia Rutledge is an interdisciplinary artist, poet, educator, and researcher whose work explores Learning as Archive: the belief that knowledge lives not only in institutions but in bodies, lineages, and community memory. Through participatory art, poetry, storytelling, and public learning experiences, she creates spaces where creativity becomes a practice of healing, belonging, and collective imagination.
